On the ground floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with two integrated Neff ovens and a microwave. The dining area seats up to 14 on two wooden church pews and chairs, and bi-folding doors open out into a private courtyard area with outdoor shower if you want to wash off your sailing gear. There is also a wet-room and toilet on this floor. In the next room there is a comfortable living room which can be converted to a twin bedroom with large flatscreen Smart TV.

On the first floor are three bedrooms; a zip and link bedroom with en-suite shower, a further zip and link bedroom and a bunk bed, which share a family bathroom.

On the second floor there are three further bedrooms; a zip and link bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further zip and link bedroom and a bunk bedroom, which both share a family bathroom.

On the top floor there is a spectacular living area with 360 degree view of Cowes town, the marina and The Solent. The bi-folding doors open out to a Rattan furnished roof terrace.

There’s one designated parking space in the front of the house. The J House is opposite M&S food hall and within walking distance to the yacht haven, all the bars, restaurants and shops.
